Hi, I am currently working out of India and permanent address is in Mumbai and my partner is from Uran working in Mumbai. We are planning for court marriage or marriage registration soon.  Could you help me with exact procedure and documents needed. Also , I wont be able to make it to put the application  and will come for the court marriage. My partner can alone submit the documents? What extra documents are needed for this. Where the application  can be filed (can it be done in Mumbai or some other court)?   Thanks.
