hello sir! can i change the witnesses after the notice is given to the registrar? (my marriage date is one month away )

Hello Adi,
Ideally you cant change the witness once file is submitted. But their is fair chance you can swipe few witness just as three out of one change due to some reason can be acceptable.
I suggest you dont make this complicate.
