Hi Yashwant, Thank you for your detailed procedure for court marriage. It seems as though there is now an additional form which requires UID (fingerprint). There are now two forms: “Online notice Marriage Application” and “Marriage Registration PDE”. Since I live out of India, it would be difficult for me to submit my fingerprint anywhere. Please advise any solution to this.
