Hi Yashwant, Thank you for your detailed procedure for court marriage. It seems as though there is now an additional form which requires UID (fingerprint). There are now two forms: \”Online notice Marriage Application\” and \”Marriage Registration PDE\”. Since I live out of India, it would be difficult for me to submit my fingerprint anywhere.
