Dear Sir, Me and my partner intend to get married by dec 2017 or jan 2018 as soon as his leaves get approvedas he is  based outside India. There are few queries that i would like to ask , 1) Can v apply online and then I handover the document print outs to the registrar? 2)once i do dat how long wil it take to get the dates? 3) once dates and marriage formalities are comploted wen is d earliest that we can get our marriage certificates? 4) Do v have any other faster means to get the above things done as soon as possible ,as my partner\’s visit wil be only for 15-21days.
