Dear Mr. Yashwant,
First of all let me congratulate you as you’re doing a great job in terms of humanity by helping people.
I want to know about the court marriage registration process. Pleas help me with following questions:
- I’m a Mumbai resident and my would be husband is from Delhi. I’ll be going to submit the notice of intent of marriage. Do i need to carry my partner’s originals as well or attested photocopies would do?
- Do I need to take some affidavit alongwith me as he won’t be present personally while submitting the notice of intent of marriage and documents.
- Marriage registration office is in Bandra or Khar. Someone told me it’s in khar telephone exchange building?
- to fill a notice form online you had mentioned some different website while on google i came across this website http://igrmaharashtra.gov.in Please confirm the correct website?
- Is it ok if all the 3 witnesses are my family members? like my mom, dad and brother?
